Al Conway, the CEO of Cascade Commodity Consulting LLC graduated from Iowa State University with his bachelor’s degree in agricultural business and later obtained an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Business. Growing up on a family farm in Iowa, Al learned the value of hard work and dedication. This strong work ethic has followed him throughout his thirty years of analytical and trading experience in international and US domestic grain markets. Al has traded cash grains including corn, sorghum, soybeans and wheat while managing a trading profit center. Al has worked for many leading grain companies such as, Louis Dreyfus Corporation, ConAgra Trading Corporation, Barlett Grain Company & AWB Limited.

Al has been married for over thirty years to his wife Lynda. Together they have two children and three beautiful grandchildren. Living in the great Northwest Al spends much of his time riding horses, golfing, skiing, hiking, boating, and hunting.
